2.4 Peripheral Devices

A peripheral device is a device that connects to a computer system to add functionality to it. Another thing about a peripheral device, is that there are 2 kinds of them. One is an output and the other is an input.

Input device examples include, Microphones, Webcams and a mouse.

Output device examples include, Monitor displays, Printers and projectors
